I asked them to refund the money and cancel immediately as I had not used the app. They are refusing to cancel and refund. My account said it was $24 ( I have a screen shot) they billed me $36. Watch your bank account around these guys.

- (2024-12-04) Uladzimir Yankovich: I signed up for a trial period, tested the service for 10 minutes, and canceled the subscription. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the money had already been debited from my card! But I thought it was okay - it was a mistake, and the support service would resolve this misunderstanding. However, nothing of the sort - the support service simply endlessly refers to the terms of use and refuses to return the money!
