• (2023-09-20) Eleanor Rosen: I FOUND the website easily, found I couldn't use the website as the search box kept disappearing, so very reluctantly installed the extension, but then it's absolutely impossible to find a way to use it. I have spent an incredibly frustrating hour now trying to simply find a way to look up an email. Where is the search box? How do you open it? Can't it be used on the website any more? Absolute rubbish extension and will delete. I don't have time for this.
• (2023-09-13) Kirsten Guffey: It used to be great. Then when the moved to the new version of the extension RocketReach Everywhere I started having continual issues. Now it won't let me log into the extension no matter what I try. If this can't be resolved, I'm going to have to cancel my plan. I'm not going to pay for something I can't really use.

My account was suspended after 2 days of uses for no reason, and I have been waiting for a response from customer service. I have tried emailing them multiple times, but have not received any details about why my account was blocked. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I would not recommend Rocket Reach to anyone.
