- It used to be the most useful VPN I ever used. It died. Whichever employee reading this review should stop supporting this company by all means since there's no point in supporting it.
- Aslan Alyiev
- I'm paid customer. It sucks. Becoming worse.

- Limited VPN for free users. The free plan is now the worst it has ever been. Before, at least the USA model was available on the free tier, which made the app actually useful. Now almost everything is locked behind a paywall. It feels like this app has turned into nothing more than a money grabber. Very disappointing update. If you want US for small work - Do not download this app
- Deus Vlad2.0
- Lame and limited VPN for free users, don't know how fast it is because they give you nothing no ability to connect anywhere to test it out. So why would I pay? lol
- Isabel Vilchis
- Does not work. Gets detected by every site I try to access in every country.
- Joao C
- Using ghost mode still has the VPN be detected by any test. Useless feature, only reason I even paid.

- User-friendly VPN with a playful design, though free data limits are quite low.
- ET Du Plessis
- Used to be free now you cannot use it but the closest country - Defeats the pupose of why you use a VPN. Forces you to pay. Thanks for the help whilst it was free - I think you will lose a lot of users.
- Viktor Sokolov
- asks for relogin too often, also it is not free now, only random regions.. it was cool vpn long ago, but not now
- Radu Cordunianu
- You can no longer choose your country for free. You are set by default to the "fastest" option which is the same country, rendering the VPS useless in most cases.
- Lentiay
- It is not possible to select a country manually
- Amanda Wilson
- Showing HTTP ERROR 407 since a week now, please correct it
- Jeremy McCoy
- This used to be the best app, but now i see they've created a paywall to use its only useful feature (which used to be free!). Thats the end of this service for me. Delete my account, i'm gone.
- Jacob Kaczmarek
- Worked well when I needed to use it, but started causing HTTP error 407 on all websites so I had to deactivate it.
- Sol De Verano
- It works poorly. It freezes constantly. Frequent logouts, several times a day.

- I really like this App
- Vi Azuaga
- This used to be the best, now you can't connect on any server anymore, just the same country from where you from. Doesn't make any sense. If you're gonna pay for a VPN there are WAY BETTER options in the market. Do NOT recommend.
- HardiZack
- why upgrade for free
- Olatunde Ibrahim
- Not stable, it stopped working most times, had to uninstall and reinstall to start working again.
- Rima kumari
- to much hassle to setup , paid app
- Anton Pustovoyt
- Useless now as you no longer can pick specific countries on free tier.
- Jeoffrey de Peyrac
- Dictators would love this extention as it is absolutely useless. To start it, you need to visit a bloicked website. Good job, developers. Useless for those who need it the most.
- Gabriel Paladino Ibáñez
- I’m really disappointed with TunnelBear VPN. Until recently, free accounts were able to change countries, which was one of the main reasons I chose this service. Now that feature has been removed for free users, making the VPN much less useful than before. This change was the main reason I decided to stop using TunnelBear and look for alternatives.
- IuriBills
- Asking for user and password everytime I try to use
- Doctor Surgeon
- It's a good extension, as well as a good mobile app. But the extension will be better if it has the ability to automatically enable
- Kasugavara
- Locations not available after last update and 2000 mb only free plan. Looks like it's over for me.
- Artem Bobko
- It's a good extension, as well as a good mobile app. But the extension will be better if it has the ability to automatically enable vpn on selected sites.
- Doga
- Was my favorite VPN until they decided to paywall the country selection plan
- Gabriel Mulenga
- Previously worked very well and effectively but now can't choose the country, even the limited free options that were previously available are no longer available. Can no longer recommend it unless you are willing to pay for it then it is a great option. Look elsewhere for free options.
- Andriy
- Stopped working properly after recent changes, when only the “Fastest location” option became available in the free plan. I’ve been using this VPN for years, and we even purchased paid plans at work. Unfortunately, with these limitations, we’ll now have to look for alternatives.
- Azumine
- Was a good one, but NOW NOT WORKING as I want. This vpn is useless right now because they lock every country which I need to access for free and quick.
- Laiq Ahmad
- without any notice they locked free countries. and now we cant use without paying tunnelbear.
- Anon anpn
- Latest update paywalled country selection, can't recommend it anymore.
- Natalia Flores
- Used this for years and now selecting a country is locked behind a paywall, useless now
- Charlie Джефри
- everyhing is paid now

- For the last month or couple months I've had times that my browser just stops working all together. It wouldn't get fixed until I restarted my computer. And sometimes that wouldn't even fix it. I finally put it together, and found out it was this extension. I found this out from some weird proxy popups. At first I thought I was getting hacked but I looked it up and saw it was TunnelBear. This is a CRITICAL flaw and I can't imagine how much frustration this is causing people. I can't think of many issues worse than an extension bricking people's browser's internet connection...
- Fabian Rizq Nandaru
- Since last week, this extension makes the browser unusable. there's a "proxy login" prompt and the internet is basically dead for that particular browser until I turn off the extension,

- Good VPN

- My favorite VPN, I've been using it for over 5 years, but now an unpleasant problem has arisen. The VPN itself works 95% of the time without issues. However, when I disconnect it, some websites from my region (Belarus) stop working, causing a connection error. The problem is fix by uninstalling the application. Maybe the developer can suggest if specific settings need to be applied?
