Massive information for produceing results . Could not do with out it ! This is an effective tool that will take time to master but I am looking forward to great actionable results .
Just purchased it! Have gone thru vids just to see what it can do! Amazing software! It may be a little daunting for non-techy individuals but it is not that bad...if you just take your time and go thru the vids SLOWLY! It is truly a game-changer for newly self-publishing authors! Nice job!

I haven't been able to use the product/ I hit the get access button and it goe s to install page. I have loaded it multi time and i need to be able to use this. Looking for support and get an inquiry page. Please help

KDSpy is simply amazing! This is a MUST-have tool! The Chrome extension is easy to install. Wesley has done a superb job of compiling comprehensive documentation and videos on how to use KDSpy. I highly recommend watching all of the videos to understand the product thoroughly before use to ensure you'll get the most out of the tool. Aside, there is also a wealth of additional information to kickstart the process of research and self-publishing. Five stars, highly recommended.

The link to add KDSpy to Chrome worked. Clunky! The screen freezes when trying to add it to my toolbar...Not a great start!
I used to use this to search books to get POC, but suddenly, it would not allow me to make a topic search. I wanted to search a particular disease, and the program kept coming back to Health, Fitness and Dieting. Not what I was looking for. And then it would not allow me to change the order of the number of reviews from least to most. I clicked on the top of the column, but nothing happened. I then cancelled the extension and tried to reload it after clearing the cache. It did not make any difference. @Debra Kurs said to change the location, but there was no way to change it except by country. So that didn't work. Suggestions?
I just purchased the software, but it's not working.
I downloaded KDspy it was working well all I needed to do was click on the ap in incognito, now when I click on it it opens to Altitude something and I dont know how to fix it.
I'm a technophobe aiming to overcome my fears with new software. However , I have just downloaded KDSPY, I encountered an initial problem re LOCATION NOT COMPATIBLE . So I watched the help videos , I cleared my cache. following the instructions provided .Then I remembered also to changed my location as advised my publishing.com . I changed this to 9210 Beverly Hills (as advised by the AIA Publishing. team .. and that seemed to work. I will need to change it back if Im ordering items off Amazon . KDSPY now seems to be working . I now have to learn out to use it to establish POC - Proof of Concept ... etc etc ..Hope this make s sense . If I can do ... I'm sure anyone can , just watch the videos provided by the KDSPY team .. they talk though processes very gently and clearly. Thanks Wesley and the team , so far so good !
I paid for the software and the one add-on, when I downloaded but all I can find in my download is: oocoibgfbhcplhnfdjldohepoeboiloo-5.13.6-Crx4Chrome.com.crx. Do i need to redownload and select a different folder for saving? I was able to download, and added to my toolbar, when i click it, I go to the Amazon screen, but no UI comes up. Thank you! I will be happy to provide a much better rating as I have seen it work well. Much thanks.
