AirReview: Airbnb Investment & Hosting Tools

Customer support is very helpful. The tool works well and is very useful. They do have a challenge with synchronizing their releases with Airbnb - right now Airbnb has a habit of breaking the functionality in AirReview when Airbnb introduces changes. Not really AirReview's fault - Airbnb has to do a better job of coordinating with the 3rd-parties in their community.

Stopped working for a day or two, probably as Airbnb surprised us all with new app features that disable AirReview. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the AirReview developers working so hard and so quickly to adjust their app to keep up with changes. Keep up the good work - lots of love for the app.

Guest review of host is not working again. I have the most recent version and it doesn't even show on the test review for Abby.

Viewing guest reviews worked for a few days and now no longer functions.

This one is awesome extention, especially fact that is free of charge and so helpfull.

This is a perfect tool to get insights into guests reviews and have a global overwies of monthy income. While it does sometimes break (when airbnb decides to update their website) support usually fixes it in a day or two.

I use this app to help me see what reviews potential guests have written about other properties they've stayed in. helps me decide whether they are always picking holes in places or if they will be good guests.

I have just started using it but this app has helped me avoid 2 requests that otherwise would have the potential to become a nightmare. Trully helpfull app Also, I have emailed about an issue and got a quick replay (within a day) with a clear solution

The more I use it, the more I love it, especially guest insights and the data tables in my Airbnb profile.

This is such a valuable tool for Airbnb hosts. When there are edge case decisions on guests, it provides just that little extra information you need to make an informed decision. I wish they could make an app which works on my smartphone as well not just for desktop!

If functionality for viewing reviews that guests have left for hosts doesn't seem to work then disable any add-ons that may alter the page data. I had an issue with malwarebytes so I disabled that and the plugin worked

Extremely helpful tool

I find AirReview very handy. Sometimes the reviews that a guest leaves for a host, provide a better insight than the reviews that hosts leave for the guest.

This helps quickly to get the right data to do initial proforma modeling that I can validate through a deeper dive on comps. Customer service is friendly and efficient to work with. Recommend for those who want to get data quickly!

This is very helpful IF, as a hose, if guests are NOT allowed to instant book. We allow our guests to instant book. BUT what we CAN do is look at their history of reviews which helps us navigate our interactions with each guest. For example, if a guest only shows 5 star reviews of half their stays, it likely means they don't review if they can't give 5 stars. If a guest shows that they review every stay, we know we will be reviewed. If a guest gives less than 5 star reviews, it's a guest we need to check in with more frequently and try to mitigate issues early. Very helpful app.

As a host, I find this extension useful for seeing the past reviews that guests have left for other hosts. I also like the Monthly Cash Flow widget on the calendar for a quick way to see how revenue is going month over month. When I'm trying to manage my calendar, sometimes it gets "glitchy"; when that happens, I just turn off the extension while I'm doing that and then turn it back on when I'm finished. No complaints, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It works as expected, however it took me awhile to figure out how to work it. It's not clear that you have to put in your email address for it to begin working. That should be stated a little more directly. I personally kept clicking on "Try it on this guest profile" thinking that it would activate on the profile that I was looking at.

Edit: 5 stars, hooray! Now it works again with Airbnb's update. Awesome extension, super helpful :). I loved it until Airbnb's most recent update. Now the plugin isn't working and I cannot see the reviews. (I'll definitely come back and update this to 5 stars if this gets fixed! :) ).

The extension stopped working after the recent Airbnb page update, but the team updated the extension very quickly and now it works fine again (At first I couldn't have the new version working, but after I set up my email everything works great). The team is also super responsive and helpful, I'm pleasantly surprised. Hope that the quality will always be maintained & I'll continue using the app and recommend to my friends doing Airbnb.

great tool. Don't know why everyone doesn't give it 5 stars. It helps you see what your upcoming guests' reviews have been like in the past, and enables you to avoid problematic guests. Best of all, it's completely free and there is no similar competitor. I'm so thankful it exists. kudos to the dev team for creating it
