There's not a lot they can't help with and jump on straight away for us, and for that, we're forever grateful. Granted, the system can always be improved and added to, but thankfully the Streak team continue to add our requests to their roadmaps and figure out solutions within the remit of the current system, to help us overcome challenges we may face as a business. Thanks for continuing to look after us 2 years on guys!

- (2025-06-13) Nimira Alibhoy: I initially did the free trial years back and it saved me over a thousand dollars in dispute issues with a marketing company I had purchased an ad from. I was able to show my CC company the tracking on my emails and how they were refusing to respond to my emails about untimely and incomplete work. I decided to give it a try because I have a health care practice that really doesn't look at people as leads and projects, but I did need a way to keep track of potential patients as I track them through my process of moving from lead to consult to exam to follow through with care. I love using Streak because its a spreadsheet on steroids that I can can customize to my needs. I also regularly use snippets for when I need to send out specific exercises to patients, new patient paperwork or instructions, or anything else where I would have to be writing the same email over and over each time I had a new patient. I highly recommend Steak and I don't think I've really even begun to use all of its offerings.

We’ve customized pipelines to match our sales process, and features like email tracking, mail merge, and task reminders have made follow-ups far more effective. The mobile app is great, the support team is responsive, and overall, the value is excellent. Highly recommended for teams looking for a lightweight but powerful CRM.

As a very small registered charity in the UK, our funds and time are limited - Meagan Mastropietro worked hard with us to make the most of the free trial whilst I set up contact pipelines and workflow processes. This meant that I was able to establish a well developed starting point from which to introduce my teammates to, in order to get the approval we needed to release the budget for a CRM. I could not have pushed this over the net without Meagan's epic help. This is the best platform I have ever used, not only as comms and client management, but for project tracking, task assigning and keeping momentum on core initiatives. Don't hesitate to give this a go. You get a lot of bang for your buck

Their support team has also been extremely helpful and I've had significantly more success communicating with clients since starting.

- (2025-01-21) Paul Wilson: We have grown our business using Streak. We were an early adopter some 8 or so years ago when it showed promise as a great Gmail add-on. I have experimented with a few CRMs over the years but nothing comes close to Streak for it's functionality and FULL integration into Gmail. I see what other people use and the biggest drawback for many other CRMs is the clunky integration. The fact that you can send and receive emails in Gmail that are then automatically detected and filed in Streak Boxes is the best thing since sliced bread. Once you've used it, there's no going back. I feel sorry for people who have to use other CRMs ;-)

I've used a bunch of CRM's and let me tell you that if you're looking for a quick, powerful and easy to use tool you shoudn't look any further. The main reason is that it livrs within your gmail account, everything is right there and with a few tutorials you'll be up and running registering deals and having a robust pipeline that actually makes sense. So far I'm using a single licence but in no time this platform must become a must have for my sales team.

- (2024-11-04) Ben Burling: I have used streak for over 5 years, its embedded in my teams day to day, its so flexible and we can create awesome interactions with other apps using zapier. When I show recruits and clients how we're organised (they are fund managers) they can only wish to have something as integrated and fast, often they are left with multiple software pacakges that dont talk to eachother. Highly recommended.

We use this with a small team (6 members) for managing contacts & donors for a political campaign and it has saved us on multiple occasions. Being able to share emails between team members is amazing, and Streak really facilitates and easy and transparent flow of information. Definitely recommend.

There are a lot more features now and they do have a cost, but a system like this is for real businesses that need to track a lot of things. I read through some of the other reviews, and I see the poor reviews being from people complaining about the cost. Make a budget for your business and just use a spreadsheet if you are doing this as a hobby or a small business that you can't afford the subscription. If you have a serious business and you want a serious way to track everything and customize your pipelines for your business, then you should try this. You do need to use Chrome and Gmail, but it has worked great for us. Bringing on additional employees we assume we will be paying for their subscription on STREAK. If you want to just have something free or low cost, use a spreadsheet or a physical notebook. There is no reason you have to go to something like this unless you have two or more people working on a lot of projects, orders, and clients.

And if you think, ahh, we do not need this now, maybe later, you are wrong. The earlier you set up your data with software like this, the more control will you have and the easier all processes that rely on the data room will flow. It is a matter of professionalism.
