This extension provides a nice 'rain' effect on your splash page.

The rain effect is live and looks very realistic.
The app pulls rainy themed images from an imgur album that I add items to (you can change it to any imgur album, however!). Each time you open a new tab, a random image from the album will load (unless you're offline where a fallback will be used).
Please submit new images for the imgur album through the issue tracker on Github!
This app is very new, and there's lots of room for improvement! I am probably going to add support for local weather on the page, and conduct an analysis on caching data for faster load upon opening a page.

- Its always wonderful to have a feel of sitting beside the window on a rainy day and looking out. Anybody who crosses by your side, turns around at least once to have a view of this background, Loved it.

- I love this particular extension. Each time someone new see's this running in the background people will step back to reminisce of some far off place on a rainy day or night. It's simple yet elegantly beautiful. Thank you!

- Its simple, visual and a great way to start a new tab. Limited options but you don't need many with this tab extn. If you want a nice picture that changes with each new tab, not daily like some others, slightly distorted by a rain on a window effect, without clutter, again found on many other new tab extn, then this is it. My advise try it.

- I like to leave my chromebook open for a little light at night and this is just wonderful. Its easy to start, just hit a new tab and there it is! Also makes a great screensaver replacement seeing as chromebooks dont have them.

- I love this extension but it is ruining my productivity, haha! Every time I open a new tab at work I see this and it derails me just long enough to forget what I was doing. Either way, 10/10. Would open new tab again.
