see all network traffic from all tabs this is useful for developer trying to see urls of new windows and popups or extensions background calls this does not show the payload itself

When I search something like "alpha" in the omnibar of the Chrome browser, I would like to see values of two parameters q=alpha and oit=1. I did see these values earlier in the network sniffer. But now I am not getting those values. Can you please help. Thanks Neetu

I have an application that runs in chrome web browser where I get a pcap file within it and I need to open it to check its network trace. I don't want to download the file and would like to see it say in a different tab, quite as if it opens in wireshark. How can I do this?
