Shows detailed info about an enterprise enrolled Chrome device including model, serial number, MAC addresses org unit, user, location and asset ID. In order for this extension to work properly it must be force installed from the admin console to a managed user on a managed device.

You have to do special steps for this to work. The info does tell what needs to be done, but not how to do it. Since most apps are very intuitive, easy and user-friendly, to assume that people know how/what a force install, admin console, managed user or accounts are ...just makes no sense.
