Fast, convenient import of references and PDFs to your Mendeley Reference Manager library.

When viewing an article or a list of references in the browser, click the Mendeley Web Importer icon in the toolbar. The extension will analyse the page and retrieve metadata like title, authors, etc. and PDF full texts (where available) for you to add to your Mendeley library.
Get a Mendeley account at https://www.mendeley.com/ where you can save, read and cite the articles you import with the extension. You will also receive 2GB of free storage space.

- so varied, either works or hangs and does nothing. Now wont let me log in which has not been a problem so far. Did all the trouble shooting and reinstalled. At the final steps of a finishing my degree and its given up working , not happy at all. additional stress at a time when really not needed.

- Dont listen to the bad reviews they jsut cant use a computer. Obviously u will need the normal mendeley programm this is just an addition but it works and is very helpful bc most websites have a button to add literature quickly

- I have also went through the same issue if not being able to import documents with Chrome in MacOS. However, simply uninstall and reinstalled it and now it's working perfectly, so try that!

- Don't know why the ratings are so low and reviews so bad. It works perfectly for me both here and on Microsoft Edge. References also show up in Mendeley Cite now without my having to refresh.

- How can you review something that doesn't work well enough to allow you to review it? I click on the extension from Chrome, a fresh install, and nothing happens. No menu, no options, no luck.
