这是一个插件管理器！可直接用于开关插件，并且支持插件分组，可以根据不同的环境自动切换组。
支持：
1. 正则匹配URL 自动切换组
2. 判断操作系统 自动切换组
计划中：
1. 自定义JS脚本 自动切换组（当前版本尚未实现）

初次发版，可能程序有一些glitches，BUG 提交到邮箱 [email protected] 或者直接留言

This is a extension manager! Using it to toggle extensions, support Extension Groups, switch groups via different environment.now support :
1. regex url match to switch groups
2. os judging to switch groups
Plan for:
1.userdefined js script to switch groups.(not implement now)
