Recently, YouTube introduced a new "feature" which stops the video playback after a predetermined period of inactivity.

This extension fools YouTube into thinking that you are constantly active, so those "video paused" pop-ups won't show up at all.

Sergiu Alexandru Capatina 2023-06-02: This extension is good for Playlists and videos with length of 4 or 5 minutes but IT HAVE A BIG PROBLEM with videos (music mix in one video) with length of 30 minutes or bigger. Please developer of this extension, come with an update with a fix for this problem.

Thomas Di G 2022-04-02: I looked at the code of extension, this is really clever, it doesn't manage the popup at all, it manage to fool the inactivity time counter to be always current time (no inactivity) ! I just installed it, so I can't say if this do the trick though, I'll change the note if this really works... EDIT: It really works !!! I did not get any popup since installation...
