Adds reddit-like [+] and [-] links to collapse and expand comment threads.
Based on the bookmarklet code by niyazpk.

Great extension, but it doesn't work when HN is showing the black mourning bar. In this case, the collapse buttons simply don't appear.

Links to collapse a thread are aligned wrong! They should be aligned to left so you don't have to mentally search for it. It's Fitt's law. Other than that, it works OK. But I've gone back to a javascript bookmarklet to collapse comments because of that flaw above. Incidentally, reddit implements this feature properly.

This extension works great. The only thing I would improve is if the collapse button was all lined up along the left like reddit.

BUG: I have Hacker News UX and Georgify enabled, and this extension doesn't work. It works only the above are disabled. Would be nice if the dev could make this to adapt to those popular extensions.
