- The app. doesn't cover my needs. I have problems with data confidentiality, privacy, filters. Synchronization of contacts and messages didn't work retroactively. The support and sales people harass me with emails and even whatsapp messages, at 7AM. I asked them several times to stop, and to close my account, but they don't. I had to block them on whatsapp. They refuse to close my account, and keep sending me emails and messages.

- Sync is really bad, need to refresh it many times. Lately, it disconnects constantly and it's always giving error when trying to reconnect, saying "unable to generate QR code".
