  • (2023-03-03) everett kmj: but, sometimes it doesn't work even if i reload the github page i don't know the reason why..
  • (2022-11-08) David Fritz: Critical for code reviews if you are used to the functionality in BitBucket or GitLab.
  • (2022-10-10) Mike Dame: I thought I wouldn't need this anymore once github added a file tree to PR reviews, but the native github tree is so useless compared to this plugin.
  • (2022-08-10) Leonid Rozenblyum: Much better than the native Github's tree. Better UX, faster performance, more features (can resize, can see which files are viewed, responsive search).
  • (2022-07-14) 정은석: goodㅁ
  • (2022-07-06) Jakub Gaik: Low score only due to the fact that it is not turned on for enterprise github where the newest github versions are not introduced yet :/ it accepts *.github.com instead of *.github.*.com
  • (2022-07-04) go고앵이: better!!!!!!!!!!

  • (2022-03-17) Tina Cho: Amazing extension, helped me so much... Removing it now just because github finally added a file tree to the PR page.

  • (2022-03-03) Matan Anavi: how did i worked without it?
  • (2022-02-23) Oğuzhan Osma: Must have!
  • (2022-02-09) Adam Milazzo: When the tree view is open, the files I'm trying to review are compacted horizontally such that horizontal scrolling is required. And yet on both sides of the screen is a large amount of empty white space! The tree view is nice, but I can't be scrolling horizontally on every line... EDIT: I found a button in the extension to "toggle full-width mode". Much better!
  • (2022-02-09) Ben Ritchie: Be cool if you added the hidden 'ignore whitespace flag' github option to this extension https://github.blog/2018-05-01-ignore-white-space-in-code-review/
  • (2022-02-07) Kush Saraiya: Exceptional extension. A must have!
  • (2022-01-28) Sergey Barskiy: I hope GitHub will do this feature one day... But in the meantime, very nice! Thank you!

  • (2022-01-25) Cheng LIN: very useful plugin!
  • (2022-01-25) Allen Thomas Varghese: Makes it feel like I am reviewing the code on my IDE
  • (2022-01-24) 김근수: Need Sidebar color supports! In Chrome, sidebar color has been fixed for dark theme Need customize option!! (ex. system theme, light, dark)

  • (2022-01-12) 강덕영: 지렷다
  • (2022-01-10) 전하람: good
  • (2022-01-07) Peter Takacs: Dark theme is buggy! It uses my macOS theme (which is dark), however my github uses the light theme, so with this latest updated is very unusable that to github page is white, but this panel is dark with dark fonts as well
  • (2022-01-06) John Lin: Just moved from BitBucket to Github. Can't live without this plugin. Thanks!
  • (2022-01-05) Keith Tyler: Be sure to visit the extension website for details, such as how to make it work with GitHub Enterprise
  • (2021-12-22) Fer Molina: Really useful extension. Would be nice to have an option to get or not all the folders expanded.
  • (2021-12-17) Norbert Nogacki: it's a must have. is it possible to add a dark theme?
  • (2021-12-13) Vojtech Vitek: Worked well. However, it doesn't support a Dark Mode yet and was too distracting for me, so I uninstalled it :(
  • (2021-12-02) Justin Tan: So useful!! And its great that I can also run this on Edge.
  • (2021-11-30) Andrei Kurhan: Really helpful
  • (2021-11-23) Viktor Popov: Thx

  • (2021-11-17) Nick Smith: Absolutely critical for reviewing code, and it amazes me that GitHub has not built this functionality into its product. BitBucket has had it for many years, for example.
  • (2021-11-16) xiao zui: Love this
  • (2021-11-15) Sebastian Krawczyk: Very useful! Thanks for this great tool!
  • (2021-11-01) Allon Guralnek: So useful it should be built-in to GitHub itself. Until then, this extension rocks!
  • (2021-10-21) Matthew Pick: Awesome plugin. My team just started using it, wish we found it sooner!
  • (2021-10-13) Milos Marinkovic: Quite useful, although could use dark mode (:

  • (2022-03-29, v:1.0.36) Clive Gout: Github are introducing your tree feature and it's making yours add whitespace
https://github.com/github/feedback/discussions/12341#discussioncomment-2459647 Since moving to github, I've really *really* found your extension useful. Really the only thing i missed from DevOps PR process.
  • (2021-11-24, v:1.0.35) Josef Mögelin: Filter not working
When I type something into the search bar it should filter the files accordingly. It does for like half a second but then it shows all files back again. So it's basically not working for me right now.
  • (2021-11-23, v:1.0.35) Atish Patel: Sort view in the same way as github
The file tree doesn't reflect how the diffs are laid out in the PR diff view. The main reason is Github sorts the diff ordering by path without treating directories / folders in a special way, and the file tree decides to put folders at the top of the list. It would be great if there was as option to make the file tree not treat dirs different than files. This would improve my UX because the file three will match the layout.
  • (2021-10-04, v:1.0.35) Yiding Wang: The dark mode is not working
Suddenly the background is white. But before it was dark/dimmed
  • (2021-08-31, v:1.0.34) Oleksandr Boiko: Error in custom browser
Hi! I use browser Vivaldi 3.6.2165.3 for Ubuntu 64bit (based on Chromium). Your extension worked perfectly in it for at least a few months, but stopped working in last days (while browser itself was not updated/modified). Although still works good in Chrome. As far as I can see error in developer console, it's a "Automatic publicPath is not supported in this browser". Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you
  • (2021-08-29, v:1.0.34) Andrew Stanton: It would be great if this worked on any page where GH tries to show diffs.
Its awesome for pull requests, but now I really miss it when having to view a commit from history with several files. Pages like this (but with many more files) https://github.com/berzniz/github_pr_tree/commit/fbbbcf688dfecd59cfefb97060adc2f049cad9c8
  • (2021-04-21, v:1.0.33) Luigi Cardito: Brave on Github Enterprise
Hey team! Looks like this extension isn't working on Brave with Github Enterprise, works fine in the public Github tho..
  • (2021-01-31, v:1.0.33) Reut Savir: File tree is collapsed and partially overflows the PR
Looks like the file tree does not get a correct width. An horizontal scroll appears, and some parts overflows over the PR.
  • (2021-01-05, v:1.0.33) Pedro Ladaria: Some suggestions
    1. show removed filenames in red color (in file tree). 2. optional/configurable keyboard shortcuts (j: next file, k: previous file, v: mark as viewed, etc...). 3. Auto-scroll to tree element when you scroll a large review at the right Thanks for this great extension!
  • (2020-12-24, v:1.0.33) Tim Hockin: Memory leak on page idle-reload
This has been happening for a while, and I have isolated it to "Better Pull Request". I have lots of github tabs open (PRs). I go away and do other things for a while and then come back to them. Almost every time, that tab starts allocating HUGE amounts of memory (as per Chrome task manager) and ultimately crashes. Turning off "Better Pull Request" make it stop happening.
  • (2020-09-16, v:1.0.30) Julian Palomo: Right side
I only can see the tree on the right side of the screen
  • (2020-09-16, v:1.0.30) Itay Harush: Feature Request: Mark directories as "Viewed"
Hi, Great extension! love the green V indication on the vied files. would be very helpful to show it on parent directories if all sub dirs and files are green. Thanks a lot Itay
  • (2020-09-16, v:1.0.30) James Gilliland: Broken today, can't scroll down.
Seems to have broken today, the file tree is rendering above the files, and cannot scroll down.
  • (2020-03-06, v:1.0.26) Menna Mostafa: Not working recently
Hello! Our team loves this plugin, however it seems to be broken for almost 3-4 days now. The file tree is not loading at all for everyone in the team!
