Description from store The AirMedia® Extension for Google® Chrome™ allows users to wirelessly share content from a Google Chrome browser to an AirMedia® capable receiver such as the AM-200/300, Mercury, or DMPS3-4K-350-C/250-C. Two modes enable sharing of content from a particular google chrome tab (with audio) or complete desktop sharing (without audio). Why wireless presentation? • Frees people to sit or stand anywhere in the room or space and easily connect their laptops and smart devices to room display, regardless of OS • No more wires or dongles cluttering table – in fact, you don’t even need a table • Enable collaboration in flexible spaces – e.g., cafeterias, hallways, private offices What is AirMedia® 2.0? The fastest, easiest, most manageable, and secure wireless presentation technology. • Simple to Use: Connect from almost any device on any network • Great Video: Smooth video playback with synchronized sound and real-time keyboard and mouse tracking • Secure Endpoint: Works with your existing infrastructure – not against it • Manage Remotely: Deploy and update without going from room-to-room

  • (2023-10-25) Brian Neiferd: This extension does not work, it needs to be removed. Attempting to connect to the IP address just says "Error" and fails. I've tried with both AirMedia series 1 and 2 products and nothing works.
  • (2023-03-11) Kennedy Villard: Does not work at all
  • (2022-12-20) Daubmans Inc.: This just does not want to connect to our chromebook. Works for Apple products. I have tried to search as to why and get nowhere. It is quite embarrassing to have a client come in and not be able to present.
  • (2022-10-03) Tom Collins: As other's have said, it doesn't work. It just wont connect (local lan, no firewalls etc to traverse). Just says 'check your settings', with no explanation.
  • (2020-09-17) Alexei Zakharov: Not able to connect and no explanation why.
  • (2020-02-03) Micheala Jeffery: Could not get this application to work under any circumstances, even after involving the University IT department.
  • (2019-09-09) David Price: Very easy to add to Chrome. Makes connecting when you don't have PC admin rights much more straight forward.
