• (2023-11-03) ʎǝuoɥ: For the past few days, I've been having issues with the extension not saving all of my changes. Specifically: the timeline width, hiding timeline tabs, and post analytics — my extension has the options selected that I want, but as soon as I refresh the Twitter page, those things revert back to default. I have to manually redo everything through the options in order to see the changes, but again, as soon as I refresh Twitter, they disappear.

Some features that I wished it had like removing the verified tab, a longer search bar while on the home page, change the position of the post button (so either bottom left or bottom right, and some more. But the features it has makes up for it.

I wanted to an extension that would hide comments on twitter, since my eyes tend to travel down when reading tweets and over 2 years of being on twitter I learned there is honestly no benefit to reading twitter replies. It's just negativity, lies, false information, clout chasing, or just classic old unasked for opinions. But I like seeing funny memes haha. Although this extension doesn't hide comments it does more then I could ever ask and the way you can take all of the clutter and business and junk off of the twitter page helped me succeed in what I wanted to do anyway. This is the kind of stuff I pay for so I will be donating if the makers accept donations. I am thankful for this extension.

• (2023-02-21) A. S.: Minmal Twitter was working perfectly, but it's been two weeks that it's been doing all kinds of crazy stuff, regardless of the settings you've chosen. It hides the things you do want to see and which you chose to see (changing the settings), like the images, the likes, the timestamp, and so on. Additionally, it doesn't hide all the stuff you don't want to see, which you also disabled in the settings. Please, make adjustments. The extension is not working properly anymore. Neither in Chrome, nor in Firefox. Same problem everywhere. Whenever I disable the extension, everything goes back to normal. That's not how it's supposed to work! Does anyone else have this experience?

• (2023-02-11) Emma Faye: Great extension, but I can't use it now. There's an issue when clicking on images from the timeline and closing it, it causes those media posts to collapse and lose your place on your timeline and the post you were just looking at.

• (2023-02-01) Sushubh: They should rename this addon now. Because with every update, they add their own typefully elements to Twitter's user interface. This is no longer minimal theme for twitter. The latest update added their own version of drafts to the tweet composer. And as the reply below mentions, there is no option to hide typefully elements from the UI. Please make a paid version that does what this addon used to do. I just need a less cluttered Twitter UI. I understand you have to make a living. Just release a paid addon.

These basic stuff needs to be added: Hide Retweets with whitelist | Auto Refresh Timer with auto scroll to top | Enable Show Trends under Search bar | Hide the top Tweet Composer box | Navigation Labels doesn't work as I expected (To always show labels on the right of the icons). BTW if you're a user with js blocker extension and want to use Typefully Grow Tab then you need to allow script, frame, xhr, other for Typefully.com domain.

• (2022-12-18) Matthew “firefang” Stephenson: So it looks like the no-name service that acquired this extension has started inserting integration with their service into it and now requires access to your browsing history, ostensibly for some feature no one asked for. The last one my supposedly be being walked back in the next update (whenever that is) but it is fairly clear to me that this extension is not to be trusted anymore. Don't know whether there are any good alternatives but at the rate that Twitter is going I'm sure it isn't gonna matter for long anyway.

  TWitter must've changed something to disable your extension? This morning, it started by not letting me load LISTS through your MinimalTwitter, now it won't let me reload any of the screens, just shows the SOMETHING WENT WRONG screen and the RETRY button that does nothing.

  Back button at the top left of the header above the feed doesn't appear to work. When the cursor hovers over the back button, it doesn't change to appear clickable, and clicking the button does not work.

  I am on the latest version released today. And UI issues that cropped up few days ago still exists. I have no idea why the search box appears out of alignment at the top right. There is no setting option to remove it. If possible, please provide an option to hide it. The headers are no longer persistent. They disappear as you scroll down. This means there is no easy way to scroll to the top. Thanks for all the great work.

  The latest update removes a lot of the features that made this extension great to begin with, most of what's left is customizable in Twitter itself. The extension is essentially redundant; please consider rolling back to the previous version.

  In the last update, minimal twitter broke for me. I can't remove borders, button labels, or even reposition sidebar buttons to the middle screen.
