Great substitute for the now defunct user/custom CSS that Chrome used to offer. Compatible with older browsers in the Windows 7 environment unlike most other extensions.

Please update this extension! The most recent version of Chrome has force disabled this extension. I use it daily & would gladly donate for the support.

Recently Chrome wanted to disable and remove this extension, I was then reminded how useful it is and how dependent I am on it. It works, it's dependable, it's easy and powerful. I am sure we could find some little corners where it could be improved but it would be very minor things.

The beta works well. As does the non-beta. The extension itself is around 13% of the size of the Stylish extension, which is what I used to use. It's also what the developer of Styler previously used, but found it became too bloated. He's created an excellent replacement. Only issue I’ve encountered is the icon doesn’t adjust to browser dark / light mode or theme. It has a white icon, which can’t be seen in browser bar when it has a light background (which is the default colour scheme for Brave, and I assume the default for Chrome. The public release (non-beta) version has the opposite problem. It’s icon is black, so it vanishes when browser has a dark theme applied.

Thanks for this awesome extension, very helpful! I use it to mark accessibility flows on my website so it stands out and I know to fix it!

It works for regular sites but not in my case. Would it be possible for css to work for iframe? I would like to set pre { white-space: pre-line; } for Dropbox domain cause currently viewing txt files there is unusable.

Does just what it needs to. The import/export function is awesome. Perfect product.

simple but effective!! 🤩🤩🤩 As far as I'm aware, it will apply to all pages on the domain I use. I hope we can input specific pages to make this script run or not so that not all pages will be affected. For instance, I change the CSS on aaa.com, but I don't want it to affect test.com/about and test.com/faq. vice versa

Did not work for me. I was trying to remove a button from MS new tab. I need to set the .control display:none.

The screenshots in the Overview tab don't show that the extension does have an advertisement in it, which is incorrect. It has a hot pink button that links you to buy a Wordpress template on Theme Forest. It's completely within the author's right to include an advertisement in the extension, but it should be made clear in the screenshots. There are some reviews which say there aren't any ads in the program, which may have been true at the time they were written, but aren't true now. I can't speak to whether tracking has been added in addition to advertisements, because I don't know. I'll remove the extension just to be safe.

Pretty simple and straight forward. I found this from your stackoverflow answer after wasting like 15 minutes trying to figure out how to add my own style to stylish.

Love it! I'm using it to add CSS to websites that I often need to use but have a few bad UI elements. Works like a charm on Opera. Thank you!

Unfortunately chrome now ignores the CSS rules you can set in the plugin. Even using the "!important" rule does not work with me.

Very simple and lightweight(200kb), there is a "start your blog with WordPress" button but it is non-intrusive and doesn't get in the way in the slightest. If you want a css and js editor that isn't going to spike your ram usage or track you, this extension is pretty good.

Luke, although this plugin is marketed as having 'no ads', there is definitely ads baked in to the latest release of this plugin. It is not shown in the screenshot, but when you install it, there is an advert to "start your blog with wordpress". This may be considered low key advertising, which normally I would be fine with, but the issue is that if a developer states there are "no ads" AND "no tracking", but then actually does display ads. It can only then be surmised that you are also being dishonest about there being "no tracking" contrary to claiming otherwise. Low key adverts are welcome for useful utilities, but false advertising and dishonesty is not.
