• (2023-05-27) いろ“鳥鳥鳥”いろ: PCのサポート期限も近づいているとはいえ無料セキュアプ入れられないとなればPCの買い換えどきかも。また同じことにしかならなそうだし、同じOS選ぶことをやめたい。こちらの無料サービスには長いことお世話になっていたが無料なせいかサポートの有無の知らせも来なかった。 最新端末に合った有料サービスを検討。 追記　 使用環境合わないこともあるだろうけど、このサービスには欠陥がありそうだ。 トラッカーの数は確かそうだが海外のサイトもページにのりやすくなったから悪意を感じた。 拡張を消すとその訳の分からないトラッカーも消える。 これだけが原因でないにしても使うのをやめた。 他の無料セキュアプ同様個人情報をばらまく企業でないといいが、安心して使える確証なし。

• (2023-01-14) Randy King: The only problem I've had with my AVG products/programs is the VPN. I would like to have VPN protection but it slows down my browser by about 67%. No body in their right mind would accept that kind of performance so I just leave it turned off. I would be willing to drop maybe 5-8% of my speed for the protection. I just suggest if you install it on your machine do frequent speed checks with the VPN off and then on.

• (2023-01-02) Nathan Yang: Extension keeps blocking good websites, and doesn't give an option to add an exception to them. It even blocks part of Amazon's website (Amazon Home). I have to go through the main app and go through multiple menus to add an exception to unlock them. Absolutely useless that I can't 1-click unblock.

Unfortunately, if you are blocked, there is no way to get around it. You can't even look at it at your own risk. This is the same as Avast. I thought the site rating was the same as Avast, but I guess they have different criteria because I see different things.
