- (2024-06-15) Tammy Folstad: Wow! This is a game changer! First you have to download it, then you input the information you want in the profile. Pretty easy and straightforward. If it's not working...you missed a step! Look it up on YouTube if you need help. This is unbelievably easy and awesome to use! Thank you for making my job sooooo much easier!

No offense but it doesnt make any sense. Do you have any plans on fixing your "service" so that people are able to actually use it. ITs great when its working but other than that its just extremely frustrating

- (2023-06-30) Wes Montgomery: Stopped working. All my profiles are gone and I can't create any new ones. Checked on multiple browsers. Now I have to go find another solution if they don't fix this. Completely worthless until then.

- (2022-10-02) Jodie Michelle: There is a bug in the system that does not allow you to create solutions to your puzzle. When you create your puzzle, and then upload it, the pages where the solutions "SHOULD BE", are blank. When I contact the customer service, they are not helpful. They just keep telling me what I am doing wrong, instead of realizing that its their fault, they have a problem and they need to fix it. The operative word here is "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!!!!!!! Some of the program is really good, however, without the actual product that I am trying to create, its not worth the aggravation. If I expect to be able to provide a solutions page to the puzzle that I created, and I cant get them, what good is paying for this service. You're better off finding another software program that can do this job.

It fills the form fields as advertised but removes all formatting from the description text (bold, italics, underlines etc). As of right now, I use this extension to populate titles, keywords and categories. If Book Bolt were to update the description box to a rich text editor, I'd happily update my review to 5 stars.

- (2022-02-15) Jennifer D: Awesome tool! Just a note to folks, when I used Shift+1 like the video suggested, I could not get it to autofill KDP. However, when I changed it to Shift+5 it worked perfectly!
