This extensions helps you easily lookup definitions of words in free online dictionaries/thesaurus.
Current version of the extension includes Cambridge Advanced Learner's dictionary, Oxford Advanced Learner's dictionary, Collins English Dictionary, Online Etymology Dictionary, and many more.
You may contact the developer if you wish to add a dictionary of your choice to this browser extension.

Lewis: I really, really would love to see the design of Thesaurus: Synonyms 4 Right Click (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/thesaurus-synonym-4-right/lpkpcliecpgjbkffooidajhakoidhidh?hl=en) integrated with this database. I hate that this has an extra step of the popout or additional tab whereas the other one has a terrible database, but great user interface.

I want to look up a word I was considering using in a post but wanted to check its definition to ensure its correct meaning, but there is no search box, just a bunch of references, none of which I can access! Or am I completely ignorant as to how this app works?
- (2014-11-16) The definition is loaded in a pop-up, within the same page! Great extension. (the number of choices need to be reduced at the user's end for optimal usage)

- (2012-08-10) Abraham Anderson: Exactly what I was looking for. I'd also like the option to set two different searches (one for a thesaurus and the other for the dictionary) in the context menu, so I don't have to hover over "lookup definitions online", then pick which one. It'd also be awesome if you could have a little window pop up with the definition, and have it so when you click anywhere besides the window it goes away. That'd be most helpful.
