Description from extension meta

Utility to check and visualise if the site you are visiting is being served via CDN.

Description from store A chrome extension that checks the response headers of the active tab and tries to determine if it is being served via a CDN. This is designed to make lives easier for people, so you don't have to keep checking the network panel. At the moment, it only works with AWS CloudFront. It does track HIT & MISS data by reporting custom page views to Google Analytics - this can now be disabled via the options. Options also provides a way to change the Google Analytics account being used for tracking if you want to use your own.

  • (2018-01-23, v:0.0.4) Daniel Burwitz: Which CDN are detected?
I have yet to find a page, where this extension detects a CDN. One I tried - https://community.akamai.com/community/web-performance/blog/2015/03/31/using-akamai-pragma-headers-to-investigate-or-troubleshoot-akamai-content-delivery: uses Akamai. Not detected One, I do not know, if they use any CDN - bbc.co.uk I am most interested in detecting Akamai and Cloudfront.
