Description from extension meta

This extension creates a context-menu entry that copies selected text and formats it per Octopress's blockquote syntax.

Description from store It's easy to use Bloctoquote. 1. Select the text on the webpage that you'd like to quote. 2. Right-click to open your browser's context menu and choose *Create Blockquote*. 3. Go to your text editor of choice and use your system's paste command. 4. If desired, change the `Source` placeholder in the first line of the pasted text (e.g., with the author's name). Note: If you decide to set the `Source` placeholder blank, then Octopress’s blockquote module will not display any source link or title, either. Why does Bloctoquote want access to your tabs and your browsing data? Without these permissions, the extension can't get the data to fill in the page title, URL, or text selection. Nothing else is collection, and nothing is stored (except for plopping it into the clipboard, obviously). If you don't believe me, you can check out the source code yourself (see the support link under the Details tab).
