Image from store Aliaser
Description from store Aliaser is a simple chrome extension that allows users to make shortcuts for longer words or phrases. It's designed for people who find themselves entering the same information into forms on the web over and over again, or for those who want an easy way to add uncommon characters to their text, such as Ω or Θ. Aliaser is extremely lightweight and easy to use. You can check the github page for more instructions: https://github.com/dwoznicki/aliaser Aliaser works with most inputs and textareas on the web. Your aliases are stored locally in your chrome storage.

  • (2016-02-15) Maggie Jacobs: This is a lightweight, easy-to-use extension that lets you create shortcuts for long words or phrases that you use frequently. Very useful if you are doing repetitive data entry. Only downside is that after adding an alias, you have to refresh the page to make it available for use. But that's a minor issue if you're going to be needing it over and over again. I've used this extension every day for a few weeks and have had no problems with it. A very simple no-frills app that does just one thing, and does it well.
