Simple addition to the right click context menu while on a web-page to open the current page in a pop up window.
There's also an icon on the top right when clicked also opens the tab in a new window as a popup (no address bar, tabs, or bookmarks bar)
I had more help making this than i'd like to admit, so i'd just like to say thanks to those who did help.

- (2021-07-29) JW Kirk: This does not give the option to right-click a link and open that link in a pop-up window. This will open whatever tab or window you're in, as a pop-up by right-clicking. Not exactly what I was looking for.
