- (2020-01-31) cypsrp 7: Awesome tool...when it actually works. Half the time it doesn't load underneath the YT play/navigation menu underneath the video (at least when in theatre mode). So, I love, love, love being able to increase the speed of a video to like 1.6x or 2.27x. I'm not that particular, I just love the flexibility. I can't understand why YT hasn't built in the feature. Just reading the other reviews. Just switched to a new browser and won't need adblocker, so I guess I'll see improved performance from this extension. I'll try to update after a while and see if that

Недавно, оно обновилось, и там появилось несколько новых функций и ваше расширение после нескольких дней работы вместе с ним перестало нормально функционировать!.. Совсем исчезло, появляясь только на мгновение, - при загрузке страницы Пришлось отключить то расширение, так-как, кнопками там регулировать скорость не очень удобно!

I used to use a TamperMonkey script to do this myself, but I had to manually go in and change the script if I wanted a different speed. This lets you instantly type in whatever speed multiplier you want. Thanks for building this!

- (2017-05-29) Amit Patro: the icon on chrome's toolbar made me think the was only 2x speed. Advice would be to change the icon in chrome to show 4x.
- (2017-05-27) Danniel Soares: Great add-on for essential features youtube "genius" developers think are needless due to their "genius" theories that don't need empirical testing since their genius is sooo great that testing would just prove the real world is wrong. Just one criticism: it seems that by default the slider is way more to the right than the actual play rate. But that may be some mess with zoom degrees, font sizes and whatnot. I couldn't tell.
