Grey Scrollbar with buttons

Because I have Grey Scrollbar installed, a simple glance at the scrollbar showed that I was a little past halfway. That was a close enough estimation. Google made a mistake making scrollbars disappearing. I'm glad Chippy put them back so they can be seen.
