This extension widens and darkens the scrollbars in chrome, and adds back the top and bottom buttons to the scrollbar. It uses browser css only.

I was reading an article, and because I have a limited attention span, I wondered how much of the article was remaining. Because I have Grey Scrollbar installed, a simple glance at the scrollbar showed that I was a little past halfway. That was a close enough estimation. Google made a mistake making scrollbars disappearing. I'm glad Chippy put them back so they can be seen.
