• (2022-12-28) Welington da Cruz: I used to use Gorgias now I use this. Much better design and they are not a Helpdesk company with a side-project. This plugin is their full-time business. Support is awesome and helpful as well.

• (2022-12-24) Lindsey Whittemore: I would like to be able to choose my own colors and contrast/brightness settings. I have Irlen syndrome and My preferred color is a blueish grayish green and there is no option to set it for that its just full on green.
