Return YouTube Dislike restores the ability to see dislikes on YouTube.
Starting December 13th 2021, YouTube removed the ability to see dislikes from their API.
This extension aims to restore power to users by using a combination of archived like and dislike data, as well as the likes and dislikes made by extension users to show the most accurate ratings.
Currently has almost a billion videos data stored before December 13th, 2021
Actively growing and keeping up to date with uploads after December 13th, 2021
The more users that use the extension, the more accurate it will be
Unpopular videos uploaded after December 13th, 2021 may have less accurate data shown than more popular videos.
This extension is currently in an active development phase, so if you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to report them on our GitHub page or in our Discord server.

- It made some pages freeze up and the comments/ui would start glitching out and the video wouldn't start, it would stay stuck and infinitely showing loading circle. I disabled extensions one by one until I finally find it was this one that was mucking everything up. I did two more tests to confirm. Too bad, I liked this extension- I've been using it for a long while now.

- Literally blocks playback on videos when enabled, telling you that you have to subscribe to a patron for "premium" features, otherwise you have to disable it. I did one better: I'd straight up just removed this waste of storage space of an extension and am now giving it a 1-star review, zero stars if I could. Yes, I'm aware that extensions like this cost money to run and maintain, but putting up a "free" extension only to block it behind a paywall only drives people away towards competitors. Unbelievable.

- Dosent work anymore. AND the guy started making his own ads that he runs on youtube if you install it, for a premium version that actually does work, so basically youre installing an extension that dosent do what it says and then adds extra ads. oh AND the guys spending that money that he gets from the premium stuff on fake positive reviews here. class act!

- Had this since the first week that YouTube removed dislikes. Works well. Sometimes seems to bug out and doesn't show dislikes, but it fixes by itself after about a minute of waiting. Fantastic extension. Must have.

- It's good on videos, but I have 1 suggestion, to make the extension work on youtube shorts. When i look at My Youtube shorts, it only says Dislike. Can you add dislike viewing to shorts?

- It works, but there's a few issues: - I can't adjust video speed on most videos - Some minor buffering - Dislikes don't show on Youtube Shorts unless you put it in a playlist (i.e. Liked Videos) and click it there.
