This is a clock that gives you a new excuse for each hour of the day so you can rationalize your bad work habits; showing up whenever you open a new tab in Chrome. On Sundays, when you're scrambling to meet whatever deadline(s) you have, Excuse Clock will ask you why you haven't done your work (something I ask myself all the time).
Maybe, one day, it'll help cure your procrastination. Personally, I'm still waiting.
