It works, with some annoyances. 1) Every page load, it flashes white. Browsing like a lightning storm. 2) It inverts dark pages to light!
best extension to use while studying at night
Majority of rates is a fake. Extension does nothing. Only shows field with two switches, but no one knows what it really does in the background. Suspicious and maybe dangerous to install!

When it is good its good but on some sites it takes what is already dark and lightens it.

I've only used this for a little while. So far, it works reasonably well on Vivaldi (Windows 11), and appears to be faster in operation than the 'Dark Reader' extension. When using the 'dark mode' switch, I found that text on webpages became unreadable (on webpages, I prefer a small text size). The 'reading' switch works well, and gives webpages a yellowish tint.
Cannot detect websites which are already in dark mode, and makes them light again. Otherwise i kind of liked it.
Inverts Facebook Messenger photos and poor quality text on all websites - would not recommend 0 stars
Works on more sites than the others, saves your eyes when reading lots.
Just needed something that works on Google Sheets, so I would not be flashbanged while I was working. It does work as I wanted it to be, but it might not be for everyone, because it inverts the colors to get to the dark mode.

Inverts EVERYTHING including images. It's not actually dark mode like other extensions do.

Absolutely beautiful! It's near perfect on every website I visit. Definitely for dark mode lovers.
I lost the extension I used previously and this one works amazingly well for what I needed it for. However do note that some websites the reversing of colours means the site isn't 100% useable (gmail for example) as some of the text blurrs into the background. Only reason it lost a star in my rating. With a little tinkering on their part I'd happily give the extra star back

I highly recommended this even at night I do essays and before I had this extension it was not easy for the eyes but when I got this extension it was easy on the eyes I really recommended this for you if your looking on the internet or writing a essay or doing homework or studying whatever you do on the internet then you can use this for your eyes thank you dark mode extension

After trying multiple extensions, this one is the best I've tried by far! When I use it with Chrome, by default it works fine. The OPTIONS interface is a bit iffy. The RED X doesn't work immediately. It takes a while for the browser to refresh/catch up to show them actually deleted. Some nice additions would be to show the colors used when selecting a theme, then REFRESH the screen automatically. Another would be to allow editing and changes to any theme you select, versus creating a new one.nnThank you!

Looks good, but it takes a second or two to load on Chrome. When I search, it looks like light mode for at first, then flickers twice into dark mode. I don't know if this is because of anything else I'm using conflicting with it, or it's just loading slowly. Is this happening for anyone else?
