CÓMO USAR EL ASISTENTE DE CORREO CON IA EN GMAIL
Una vez que hayas instalado la extensión, se te invitará a activar inmediatamente las funciones del Asistente de Correo con IA. También puedes hacerlo manualmente:
1. Accede a Configuración > Complementos > Configuración de Mailmeteor
2. Activa la función Asistente de Correo con IA
3. Ajusta la categorización de correos, los borradores y otras opciones
Una vez activado, tu Asistente con IA:
* organiza tu bandeja de entrada con etiquetas inteligentes
* redacta borradores de respuesta para tus correos importantes
* te ayuda a escribir más rápido y con mayor eficacia
CÓMO HACER UNA CAMPAÑA DE CORREO EN GMAIL
Después de instalar la extensión, sigue estos pasos para enviar correos masivos desde tu bandeja de entrada:
1. Selecciona la pestaña Campañas, debajo de Recibidos / Destacados / Enviados
2. Haz clic en Nueva campaña
3. Escribe tu mensaje y selecciona los destinatarios
4. Envía un correo de prueba o vista previa
5. Haz clic en Enviar correos
Tus destinatarios recibirán los mensajes como si los hubieras enviado tú mismo, y los correos permanecerán visibles en la pestaña Enviados de tu cuenta de Gmail.
CÓMO HACER SEGUIMIENTOS EN GMAIL
Una vez instalada la extensión, sigue estos pasos para enviar un seguimiento:
1. Redacta un nuevo mensaje como de costumbre
2. En lugar de hacer clic en Enviar, haz clic en la flecha y selecciona Enviar con seguimiento
3. Selecciona una plantilla de seguimiento o redacta una nueva
4. Define cuándo debe enviarse el seguimiento (por ejemplo, 3 días después si no hay respuesta)
5. Haz clic en Enviar

- Mailmeteor is an extension to a Google worksheet that merges information from a datasheet into an email. This is an extraordinarily useful function as bulk emails can be personalised to each recipient. Rather than mail merge and send out individual letters, this app allows the mail merge from the database directly into the email. It also tracks the sending of emails, the clicks, opens and responses. I have used this function for large batches of emails, i.e., 2000 a day, as well as for more customised batches of 5-10 emails when the information has to be sent within a short deadline (sometimes 20 mins) and has to be personalised, i.e., student names, class level, parent names, times, subjects, etc.. the number of merge fields is not restrictive and as long as the data is accurate, it works like a dream. I can recommend this program as I now cannot do without it.

- Total Scammers! They managed to find a way to swindle me out of hundreds of dollars. They added fees for who knows what without notifying me or verifying rates with me. For 5 months of service I was expecting about $50 of fees and I find they charged my credit card almost $500. We are a non profit school organization and they took advantage of us. After confronting them they refused to rectify the situation. RUN AWAY FAST! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

- I’ve been using MailMeteor for a while now. I originally signed up when they launched through a Lifetime Deal (LTD) on AppSumo. From past experience, I’ve noticed that companies often let their customer service slide over time, especially for LTD users. But with MailMeteor, it’s been the exact opposite. Their customer service has been consistently excellent (definitely 5-star), and the tool itself is solid, reliable, and packed with useful features.

- I'm baffled by the positive reviews because my experience was awful; if possible, I'd rate zero stars. I signed up for the Pro plan which supposedly includes unlimited verification, yet they failed to verify emails as promised. Despite multiple bounce backs, the dashboard misleadingly showed a 0% bounce rate. I reached out on Friday 14th June, to inquire about the unverified addresses. After waiting a week with no explanation or even a courteous acknowledgment of my emails, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. Their customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond with generic, unhelpful replies that didn’t address my specific issues. In today's competitive marketplace, such delays are unprofessional and suggest they don't value customers or prioritize their satisfaction. Now, I must switch everything to another cold email platform, which is highly inconvenient and disrupts my daily marketing plan. Had they addressed customer queries as promptly as negative reviews, this situation might have been avoided. If I don't receive a refund by Friday 28th June, I will report Mailmeteor to Trading Standards for misleading advertising. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the misrepresented service I signed up for. Steer clear of this company everyone, save your money and precious time.
