COMMENT UTILISER L’ASSISTANT EMAIL IA DANS GMAIL ?
Une fois l’extension installée, vous serez invité à activer immédiatement les fonctionnalités de l’Assistant Email IA. Sinon, vous pouvez l’activer manuellement :
1. Accédez à Paramètres > Modules complémentaires > Paramètres Mailmeteor
2. Activez la fonctionnalité Assistant Email IA
3. Affinez les options de catégorisation, de brouillons et les autres réglages.
Une fois activé, votre Assistant Email IA :
* organise votre boîte de réception grâce à des libellés intelligents
* rédige des brouillons de réponses pour vos emails importants
* vous aide à écrire plus vite et plus efficacement
COMMENT FAIRE UN PUBLIPOSTAGE DANS GMAIL ?
Après avoir installé l’extension, suivez ces étapes pour envoyer des emails en masse :
1. Sélectionnez l’onglet Campagnes, sous Boîte de réception / Suivis / Envoyés
2. Cliquez sur Nouvelle campagne
3. Rédigez votre message et choisissez vos destinataires
4. Envoyez-vous un test ou prévisualisez l’email
5. Cliquez sur Envoyer les emails
Vos destinataires recevront les messages comme si vous les aviez envoyés manuellement, et ils resteront visibles dans l’onglet Envoyés de votre compte Gmail.
COMMENT RELANCER DANS GMAIL ?
Une fois l’extension installée dans Gmail, voici comment envoyer une relance :
1. Rédigez un nouvel email comme d’habitude
2. Au lieu de cliquer sur Envoyer, cliquez sur le petit chevron et choisissez Envoyer avec relance
3. Sélectionnez un modèle de relance ou rédigez-en un nouveau
4. Définissez quand la relance doit être envoyée (ex. : 3 jours plus tard, si pas de réponse)
5. Cliquez sur Envoyer

- Mailmeteor is an extension to a Google worksheet that merges information from a datasheet into an email. This is an extraordinarily useful function as bulk emails can be personalised to each recipient. Rather than mail merge and send out individual letters, this app allows the mail merge from the database directly into the email. It also tracks the sending of emails, the clicks, opens and responses. I have used this function for large batches of emails, i.e., 2000 a day, as well as for more customised batches of 5-10 emails when the information has to be sent within a short deadline (sometimes 20 mins) and has to be personalised, i.e., student names, class level, parent names, times, subjects, etc.. the number of merge fields is not restrictive and as long as the data is accurate, it works like a dream. I can recommend this program as I now cannot do without it.

- Total Scammers! They managed to find a way to swindle me out of hundreds of dollars. They added fees for who knows what without notifying me or verifying rates with me. For 5 months of service I was expecting about $50 of fees and I find they charged my credit card almost $500. We are a non profit school organization and they took advantage of us. After confronting them they refused to rectify the situation. RUN AWAY FAST! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

- I’ve been using MailMeteor for a while now. I originally signed up when they launched through a Lifetime Deal (LTD) on AppSumo. From past experience, I’ve noticed that companies often let their customer service slide over time, especially for LTD users. But with MailMeteor, it’s been the exact opposite. Their customer service has been consistently excellent (definitely 5-star), and the tool itself is solid, reliable, and packed with useful features.

- I'm baffled by the positive reviews because my experience was awful; if possible, I'd rate zero stars. I signed up for the Pro plan which supposedly includes unlimited verification, yet they failed to verify emails as promised. Despite multiple bounce backs, the dashboard misleadingly showed a 0% bounce rate. I reached out on Friday 14th June, to inquire about the unverified addresses. After waiting a week with no explanation or even a courteous acknowledgment of my emails, I canceled my subscription and requested a refund. Their customer service is painfully slow, taking days to respond with generic, unhelpful replies that didn’t address my specific issues. In today's competitive marketplace, such delays are unprofessional and suggest they don't value customers or prioritize their satisfaction. Now, I must switch everything to another cold email platform, which is highly inconvenient and disrupts my daily marketing plan. Had they addressed customer queries as promptly as negative reviews, this situation might have been avoided. If I don't receive a refund by Friday 28th June, I will report Mailmeteor to Trading Standards for misleading advertising. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the misrepresented service I signed up for. Steer clear of this company everyone, save your money and precious time.
