AdBlocker Ultimate is a free extension that blocks text and banner ads (includes Facebook adblock) and malicious domains known to spread malware; it also disables sneaky tracking. We have extensive filters that filter against annoying display and video ads (includes YouTube adblock).

Unlike other ad blockers, we do not have “acceptable ads” or an advertiser whitelist (i.e. certain advertisers pay to bypass ad filters). Blocking all ads has the added benefit of speeding up browsing because filtering out ads reduces CPU and memory usage. Therefore, the web browsing experience is way faster and outperforms other popular solutions: Adguard, Adblock, Adblock Plus, and even uBlock in some tests.

- Could not ask for more. Problem is, it is so good, some websites ask you to disable it. Those websites are therefore not worthy to review, as there is always similar content elsewhere. Ads suck! They draw cycles, they eat precious memory, and worst of all they track you if you click on them, even accidentally.

- While the extension works for the most part, the whitelist doesn't work as it should. I have whitelisted & disabled adblock on two sites multiple times and to no avail. Whenever I visit those sites, the adblock is still active. Please fix this or add a confirmation/save button to that tab so that it retains the information. Thanks!

- come on guys it's not blocking all ads on YouTube again, do something

- about 6 month ago it was blocking all adds on youtube, and other websites but after some youtube update,youtube is able to find that i am using an adblocker and i have to turn off adblocker some times and now the warning to turn off adblocker is not showing, its good but its blocking only around 7 out of 10 adds on yt that not bad but not that good
