PATRICK: Before I retired my career was in hospital administration email communications were not just something to have but a vital critical management tool to increase the quality of the operations. When I retired I had two emails to choose from YAHOO and AOL. Each choice was a bad choice as they had the bare minimum of features. I did not need or require many features that were available when I worked the corporate world. Overtime Gmail became my email service. That said while Gmail was a major improvement over all the other services. While Google had many benefits but not the ones I needed. Fortunately, I stumbled on RightInbox how has filled that gap. I tried to work with their technical support team but they do not have phone support and they only try to solve the problems by email. I repeatedly asked for a screen share and they refused. I was unable to see the attachments I would attach to emails I sent with tracking enabled. Hopefully other people don't have to go through this with them..

If you want to make this add-on really good, scrap the annoying popups that appear all the time. About every 5th time I open Gmail, I get the same nag screen that tries to get me to buy. Look, I've only had it a week, I don't need this in your face advertising on my computer until I have had a chance to try it out. Further, I don't need the popups asking me to rate it.
