• (2025-06-21) Over the years that I have had Express VPN your company has make it impossible to navigate your system, even with the people your have for support! I have an account, I've had for years, when "I change computers, recently my account did not follow to my new computer. I tried several times to open a new account, which is blocking my old account, even with the help of your staff, with no Luck!!!!! Why your company can't delete one account or maintain the existing is beyond me? Every time I attempt to do so, my Wi-Fi automatically disconnects as well. I recommend that the ExpressVPN team address this issue to improve the user experience.

Google maps stopped working recently and always show Washington DC, which is the default when location service is not working in Chrome. After some debugging and trail & error, I figured this extension is the cause. Disabling it fixed everything

I had to keep turning it off access the site I wanted and then turn it back on again. I reported this issue months ago but it still is not fixed. They seem to have no clue what I am talking about. I updated the app and now it will not allow me to use the extension. It keeps telling me I do not have the app installed on my laptop. I most certainly do but the extension will not work. I no longer feel protected.
