Too often the programme I'm viewing will abruptly stop with the message "This content does not appear to be working". This requires a reboot of the VPN connection. When it happens 8 or 9 times during a one hour show, you kinda lose the appetite for viewing. There's probably a better VPN service for streaming BBC iPlayer.

When I go to some/many sites I get messages from other VPN sites stating that I should use their VPN and mine is not hidden. There's a bug which is causing the extension to control the setting for "Auto-complete searches and URLs" forcing it to be disabled. This means autocomplete no longer works in the address bar. I've been trying to cancel my subscription with PureVPN (which is due to be renewed automatically o Feb.9, 2020) but despite having the PureVPN app and trying to enter, in order to have an online chat, nothing is happening. I'm in Portugal, and when I go to the list of countries and click on Portugal, nothing happens. I am trying to use the PureVPN Chrome extension with just one, single web site, and have made those change with the Extension Manager in Chrome, and that site does work correctly. However, it keeps applying itself to all my other websites even though the extension icon says it, "Wants Access to this site" - which means it doesn't have it yet. For example: If I set the country to UK (I'm in the US), it works on the specific site as planned. I cannot call a regular phone number with Google Voice on my Windows 10 PC when your Extension is enabled. The number rings briefly, then no audio at all until the call times out about 15 seconds later. Then I hear the hang-up tone. Messages work OK. Problem may be related to blocking WebRTC.
