We have been watching the Scotties and the Brier (curling) on TSN1 and TSN3. In the morning and afternoons the streaming works well.In the evening things totally bog down despite our fast fiber connection. For example, an end in curling takes 10 to 15 minutes to play. The frequent pauses in the streaming we were encountering this evening meant that an end would last 30 to 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable performance. I do not know if the problems were waith TSN or PureVPN but I was very disappointed.

When it works, it works well but unfortunately this is becoming a rare experience. I've supplied screenshots and data to the tech staff over the years but reliability is still an issue with PureVPN for the service I'm using it. Too often the programme I'm viewing will abruptly stop with the message "This content does not appear to be working". This requires a reboot of the VPN connection. When it happens 8 or 9 times during a one hour show, you kinda lose the appetite for viewing. There's probably a better VPN service for streaming BBC iPlayer.

On my computer, using other software that monitor my computer like BitDefender, IOBIT and others, it clearly shows in a message that my IP is not hidden. When I use my company VPN the messages go away. In fact I watched as someone hacked into my computer and used my mouse to try to get information while I was using PureVPN.   I am trying to use the PureVPN Chrome extension with just one, single web site, and have made those change with the Extension Manager in Chrome, and that site does work correctly. However, it keeps applying itself to all my other websites even though the extension icon says it, "Wants Access to this site" - which means it doesn't have it yet. For example: If I set the country to UK (I'm in the US), it works on the specific site as planned. But then if I open a new browser tab, and go to www.yahoo.com - it insists on sending me to the UK location of Yahoo.... not my actual location (US).

  I cannot call a regular phone number with Google Voice on my Windows 10 PC when your Extension is enabled. The number rings briefly, then no audio at all until the call times out about 15 seconds later. Then I hear the hang-up tone. Messages work OK. Problem may be related to blocking WebRTC. My PC worked fine with Hangouts. So how can I stop your Chrome Extension from blocking audio on these calls?
