No change, says server unavailable and won't give option to pick different server. Have to try customer support again.

• (2023-06-28) Nick Anderson: Barely functional. Most of the time it just spins and disconnects. For multiple days it just wouldn't find a server and couldn't connect. This is the Chrome app. Even the desktop app fails to actually work half the time, with the website either detecting the use of a VPN or not detecting the country the VPN is connected to.

Перестало работать, хотя самое смешное, что через vpn на компьютере, если я меняю свой ip и захожу в браузер, то этот vpn работает, я так понимаю, разработчики заблокировали пользоваться, хотя раньше было всё нормально, я этим vpn почти год пользуюсь. У меня еще купленная подписка у них, до конца лета, но теперь я думаю, больше не куплю у них подписку

With the extension, it will say that the server youre connected to is experiencing isssues, but it wont give you an option to connect to a different one. It will also say my lifetime subscription has expired and reset all settings randomly. The android app is just as horrible. It will randomly wipe all my settings so when I am used to it auto-connecting, it will suddenly not be connected at all! I'm annoyed i bought a lifetime sub for this garbage. Do better guys, come on.

  even if you get the extension to work, everytime the browser updates or the ISP assigns a new IP address to your router (over here you don't get permanent IP addresses), you fill up one of the available slots available to your subscription, browsers are so frequently updated and IP addresses change frequently so you can fill up your available slots in no time and have no access to a paid for product, it used to be that you had to wait 7 days to remove or open up a slot no longer used by the same browser on the same PC that looks different to the VPN Unlimited service due to the above technical reasons - please fix it - this is a very amateurish flaw that makes the browser extension useless
