I asked my followers to give it a try and about 90% of them agreed that it was accurate. However, the chrome extension no longer is working on Linkedin profiles and the flower logo just spins on and on endlessly. It just suggest that you need to reload the page and you can keep on doing that without getting any results. What a pity, this was a great product idea and it seems that the creators have ditched it.

• (2020-11-24) I've been using Crystal for the last 5-6 months and it has become a vital pillar in my outreach. Showing me how to communicate with each contact based on behavioral psychology has allowed me to open doors I previously couldn't. I hope to see more improvements and the ability for me to analyze a contact and view their profile, separate from LinkedIn. A CRM plug-in would be good too, being able to see the profile of a contact in say Salesforce gives tons of color to anyone that may have to communicate with them. Love this!

  There's got to be a way to just get this out of the way but I just can't seem to find it. Maybe I'm crazy, I hope I am. Even if I don't click the chrome extension I get the little tab sticking out which blocks parts of the page and if I click it I can't get the sidebar to close unless chrome is maximized on the screen, even on my 32" monitor? This has to be user error, but I don't see any plugin settings for it and have had to remove it from Chrome if I don't want that little black flower tab there.

  I've installed the Crystal Chrome extension. I've permitted it to run on a number of pages, including LinkedIn. When I select a LinkedIn profile, I then click on the Crystal extension icon at the top of the chrome window (to the right of the URL). It then prompts me to log into Crystal. I log into Crytal and it tells me the Chrome extension for Crystal is not installed. I click to install the extension, and Chrome presents me with an option to uninstall Crystal. And around and around we go. Never to get to use the Crystal extensioin.

Steps to reproduce: 1. open amazon.ca (for example) 2. click on the search box as soon as it appears and begin typing 3. then the page finishes loading, the text input loses focus and typing is interrupted. Turned extensions on and off until I was able to confirm that the crystal chrome extension was responsible. 100% repro when enabled, 0% repro when disabled.
