• (2021-01-23) Stephen Bradley: Claims to track link clicks and multiple email opens (e.g. open tracking, not just the first time, but every time) however it does not. Link tracking does not work at all, that I can tell. I tried several links, opening them on both my computer and iPhone, none were registered. Open tracking only shows multiple opens if they are from different devices. An email opened on a phone 10 times only shows as a single open. Open it on an iPad is shows 2. Add a computer, 3. But this is much less useful and showing the 10 times it was opened on the one device. To be fair, this is free.

• (2020-09-20) Ubuntu Test: Absolute disaster! We installed it to approach new leads individually and it either did not send emails at all or emails ended up mostly in SPAM.
• (2020-03-08) Ernesto Hu: We used to use this extension at work, we've paid 20$ per one user or something like this and it was the worst way to spend money I've ever seen in my life. The extension is supposedly to improve your efficiency but it's so full of bugs and errors that it does not work 99% of the time and in overall it hinders your productivity instead of improving it. Forget about the support, it's not a company just one guy who does not care about you or the extension at all!

• (2019-12-09) Sean Murphy: The main feature that I use for Vocus.io is to see whether an email was opened as Gmail now has the feature to move an email back to the top of your inbox after a set period of time. Unfortunately, Gmail running in Chrome on a Mac will stop sending emails - literally it will just freeze up - and the only way to fix things is to uninstall the Vocus extension. I'm happy to pay for a product but not one that doesn't work.

• (2018-11-07) Paula Spagnuolo: I have been testing many similar tools and while Vocus has a nice set of features at a reasonable cost it does have some serious drawbacks. The dashboard is too small to use efficiently and it's lacking some user-friendly qualities in several areas. For instance there is no simple way to delete pre-written snippets. The tiny pop-up style dashboard is a deal-breaker so I unfortunately I suspect I will have to continue to check out other options.

• (2018-03-23) Brian Teal: Great potential, but it kept freezing in Chrome when I would move to another tab and back. I reached out to support and never heard anything back. I disabled all of the other extensions and blockers and nothing helped. Great tools from what I can tell, but stops dead in the water if I have to reload my email page every time I go to another tab and come back.

• (2017-10-09) Craig Grella: I've been using Vocus.io for a few months now. I've tried all the other gmail apps that track and schedule and this one is BY FAR the BEST! First, it allows multiple accounts for one price. No paying multiple fees for multiple accounts. If you're like me and have 5 different gmail accounts this is hugely helpful and a cost saver. SEcond, the scheduling of emails is nice and easy to use. You can make preset times or choose a custom time on each email. REminders are awesome - it floats the email back to your inbox when you need it. I love the reminder feature where if someone doesn't respond to your initial email it will send auto-follow ups to that person according to a preset schedule which can also be customized. It has templates, snippets, and I love the mail merge feature with variables that can be inserted into the email itself. REad receipts is also very helpful to know who's reading my emails and I've setup notifications for that too. I've used all the features and really love this add-on. It's worth a few dollars a month to be more productive! As a comparison, I tried this along with yes ware, right inbox, gmelius, and a few others that mix with CRMS. Vocus.io was the best, and support is FAST and very helpful. If there is one shortcoming - it is with the calendar scheduling. it doesn't sync with your calendar and create actual events - the coordinator just sends an email to a bunch of people and allows people to identify when they all want to meet - after that you still need to create the event and then send it to people. I've asked support about this - hopefully they add the calendar functionality soon. Other than that - it is a stellar app and I rely on it in my email usage every day.

There is 0, none, non-existent any type of support or way to contact the vocus company for support there is no troubleshooting section or helping sections of the website. simply one of the most selfish and inconsiderate company in in the chrome store. Clearly do not care a single web page about the customer or show any signs dedicated to the customers success. don't waste your time.

• (2016-08-02) Aaron Kollipara: This is great for finding email addresses, email campaigns and tracking. I took off one star because email scheduling does not work for me, and that is one of the more important functions for me.
