• (2023-11-02) Seth Engstrom: It seems to work for its intended purpose. The problem is it makes any audio in Chrome (like on youtube video, for example) crackle and pop. Turning off the extension solves this immediately. I assume this is tied to the dialer in some fashion, even though I have that disabled in the settings. Reinstalling extension did not help, if it's enabled the audio is bad.

It's hard to combine duplicates within Salesloft as well (if not impossible?)

The audo/mic settings on my google chrome makes it so that every audio that plays from my computer is crackly and sometimes videos on provider sites like YouTube cannot play unless I disable audio. No extension should have that much negative effect on your browser.

  As describe above. The issue is not specific to Youtube. It is on any site that plays videos including company training videos. The issue only occurs with the inbuilt speakers. When I use bluetooth headphones the audio is fine. When I disconnect and go back to my Mac speakers, audio becomes choppy again. I have isolated to this extension by turning all extensions off then back on again one by one. As soon as I turn the salesloft extension on, the audio becomes choppy. This has also been reported by another user in the extension reviews. Using the inbuilt speakers when using the dialler also has choppy audio. I am using an M1 Macbook Pro. Please rectify this.

  Everyone on my team who updated to Version 4.59.0 now has to click each desired drop down option twice before it will show as selected in the UI when on a Salesforce page. This is confusing and slows people down. Example steps to reproduce: 1. In Salesforce, open the extension. 2. Go to the Cadences tab. 3. Click the name of a Person. 4. Select "Busy" in the Disposition box. 5. Note that "Busy" does not get populated. Select "Busy" in the Disposition box again. 6. Note that "Busy" is now populated.

  When having the Salesloft extension installed and I send out emails I get a notification saying my site is "Not Secure" Then is says "Your connection to this site is not fully secure" "Attackers might be able to see the images you're looking at on this site and trick you by modifying them" The issue doesn't occur in an incognito window or in safari where SalesLoft isn't installed.
