I know it wasn't free and I had to pay a dollar something a month which is fine with me. But than 96 dollars came out of my account and bounced a bunch of other bills I had an made my account negitive. I have christmas coming up and a mother of 3 children and I don't know what I am going to do now. This put me in such a rough spot this company should be ashamed of themselves. I want out of this contract or whatever I am in. I am reporting to Better Business Bureau as well.

What they present is false advertising as you are immediately asked to pay for the download of an edited pdf only AFTER you have completed editing it and are ready to have it downloaded. If that isn't bad enough, if you escape from the paywall and go back to the pdf, all of your edits will be erased completely and you will be forced to do it all over again on a different website or pdf editing software. This is a waste of time. Delusional to demand payment for a pdf editing extension. Please do not fall for this. You can use Adobe Acrobat to edit and download your pdfs for free. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. Do not put money into the pocket of these lunatics.
