- (2025-06-25) Iain Burhoe: Great for tracking emails and ensuring everything flows into Salesforce. I find that from time to time, it will disconnect itself from my Gmail and won't reconnect without removing and reinstalling the program.

- (2025-03-10) Greg Kischer: This was much stronger before Clari. Regardless, the use of Omni(everything) is incredibly intrusive with no customization for the end user. Email tracking also seems iffy oftentimes, including with self-opens. Flows used to be pretty solid with a SFDC integration, but it's become clunky, cumbersome and riddled with errors and issues.
- (2024-11-25) Jarrett Rice: I have used Outreach, Salesloft, and Groove. Groove is absolutely the worst of these three options. 1. It is really clunky. 2. The search function is awful. 3. The only positive is that I'm able to go in and it, for the most part, does keep track of the days I need to reach out to people (which is a laughably low bar to clear for a software that costs this much).
- (2024-09-23) John Douthit: So many bugs. Breaks every other week. I love some of the features like the Groove Spaces. The recent UI update is pretty dumb though. Why make it 3 clicks to skip a step? When you have 100 actions and need to skip 20 of them, this makes it very time consuming.
- (2024-08-29) Curtis Robertson: This is one of the worst sales tools I have ever used. It is missing many of the basic functions most if not all other competitors have. The integration with Salesforce is lacking especially when logging activity on the correct contact. I'll pull up a contact in salesforce and it pulls up someone else that happens to have the same number at a company and wont let me log the activity to the person I've reached out to. I wish the company I worked for would go back to Outreach or choose something else.

- (2024-04-12) Matt Hoffman: What happened? The recent updates have nearly rendered Groove useless in my job. It worked perfectly fine before, but the latest "enhancements" have slowed down my entire Gmail experience and there are common glitches in the tracking capabilities. I once relied on this to track opens and outreach, but it no longer seems reliable.
- (2024-04-12) Tyson Brown: The recent update has made using the product more difficult. It used to work like a dream with multiple gmail accounts (main and delegate access) now it's slow and clunky. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. I'm not sure we will continue using it much longer as an office. No point in working with the extension or product if you have to cut and paste the information into Salesforce.

- (2020-02-13) Marcus: As a rep, I find this tool incredibly frustrating, the UX is cluttered and you constantly come across bugs. Compared to other sales tools (admittedly without knowing the per seat price) is it a clearly a poorer experience.

- (2020-01-23) Olivia Dekok: I thought I had finally found an app but it isn't working. I clicked Log and it's been loading for 20min so I just closed out. I was trying to speed up my workflow... not sit and wait for 20+ min. Love the idea and would use if it is fixed.
