This extension will play a soft meditation bell sound about once an hour in the background. Perhaps take a moment when you hear it to be mindful and take a few deep breaths.
When you hear the tone:
- Look away from your screen.
- Take a few slow, deep breaths.
- Then, do some stretches.
- Think about where you are or nothing at all.

Is there a way to change the bells tone or sound? Can you have different sounding bells? I LOVE this. Using it to remind myself to sit up straight. Works great. Been using it for several months and I am getting immune to the same sound. Would be nice to have different sounding bells. Thanks much. 5 stars for sure. I want to remove this app immidiately but the icon doesnt show so I can't remove and it keeps bothering me. the sound is very annoying. Please help me out how to remove it.
