Eclipse online jest rozszerzenie internetowa, która zapewnia zintegrowane środowisko programistyczne (IDE) dla Javy i innych języków programowania takich jak C, C ++, PHP i Ruby. Jest to Java IDE poprzez dodanie elementów rozwoju Java (JDT) i to jest także C / C ++ IDE ponieważ dodaje C / C ++ elementy rozwojowe (CDT). Inne moduły mogą przedłużyć Funkcjonalność Eclipse dla dodatkowych języków programowania.
