• (2021-09-02) Michael Schnebelen: Extension has just completely stopped working. Says to sign in but there is no field for username or password and hitting "sign in" does nothing. Actually a pretty solid extension if it worked. UPDATE: I finally figured out that the extension stopped playing nice with my VPN gateway. Never had an issue with it prior to a couple days ago. Unfortunately, if I have to choose one or the other I have to choose our VPN gateway at my office for our systems so it looks like I will no longer be able to use this extension since our security certifications require it. I don't understand what changed a couple days ago but I hope GoTo fixes this as I'd assume the vast majority of its clients (businesses) if not all use an on-premise VPN these days to protect and secure their network.
• (2021-08-26) Dipak Nandha: Its so practical, GoToConnect team have really given attention to detail on how it calls to app.goto.com (webphone), Desk Phone and GTC Desktop Application. They have made sure that the all number format (tel:xxx URL as well as plain text) can be called with ease.
• (2021-04-19) Decade Logistics: just got this Update from Jive to Gotoconnect, FRUSTRATED? no, I'M EXTREMLY FRUSTRATED. The old version it was a lot better than this one, This one doesn't recognize the phone numbers from GOOGLE SHEETS, you can not chose which "device" will ring while you are using the click to call option. I like updates but when those are good ones , I see no reason for update when the extension takes from you all what it was good in the extension, EXTREMLY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS UPDATE
• (2020-10-23) Jon Carmack: Great extension when it works. Today I discovered that it is incompatible with the new Facebook redesign. I have the Jive gotoconnect extension installed on chromium-edge from the chrome web store. It is mangling post text in the new facebook and makes the courser jump all over the place when copying/pasting/typing. This makes it impossible to post or edit page posts accurately. Disabling Jive extension immediately fixes the issue, reenabling causes the issue again. Hope they can discover the problem.
• (2020-08-12) Jake Rasmussen: THIS DOES NOT WORK PER GOTOCONNECT UPDATE PLS FIX THX The confirmation email that comes after signing in contains a link that doesn't exist so you can't sign in and verify via 2 step email. Great when it works though.
• (2020-03-05) Drive With Doug: Correction to a previous review of mine, I reached out to Support, and they got back with me the next day, there is a bug on Google Chrome that you have to use your mouse to click to sign in, instead of hitting the Enter key, which fixed everything. Good program, helps with making calls quickly

• (2019-08-17) Tommy Trucks: The only way it works reliably is if you keep the settings tab open. As long as you don't mind having that extra browser window open all the time, it works great. We have been using Jive for about 1 year and the service is 5 star! I just wish they would fix the chrome plugin.

• (2015-09-10) Matt Dwyer PE: UPDATED (AGAIN) Was not working with my Polycom VVX500, but logged in to PBX and RESYNCED DEVICES, and now all is well. Rings your phone first, waits for you to answer, and then dials the call. You must pick the correct line to ring (click on settings). Display of lines to select shows phantom lines (I do not have 12 devices), but if I pick the one that does not say PC or Android, it uses my Polycom phone. Incoming call notification pop-up window and the phone system show most incoming calls as UNAVAILABLE which seems incorrect. Puzzling, and you can not tie that to your contacts or other csv unless you use Jive Mobility (computer as a phone) and not an actual phone. You can pop up google contacts or your own asp page in another window. If you are part of a ring-for-help group, or get lots of calls, you get many chrome tabs open with the same title which is confusing however.

Go ahead you can have your "touch screen" I'll stick with my 15in Display and all the apps of the entire internet.

  There is no reason why this app should need the ability to read and change all data on every webpage. I'm sure it has something to do with clicking and making calls, however, this should be optional. We pretty much cannot use this.

  I see user questions and issues in the Support section of your Google Extension in the Web Store which is a great idea, but no answers from your support. Hard to endorse for our business not knowing if this extension is in active development and patching support. Either that or are users misusing this Support tab and should you be documenting that in the GUI?

  Hello, I'm having trouble with the chrome extension. I use Jive on my computer at work because I make frequent phone calls. However, for whatever reason, the extension will not sign in so that I can use it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, restarting my computer, and checking to make sure that I can sign into the Jive website - I can - but I can not get the extension to work. I've checked to make sure I'm using the correct login credentials - I am - and again, I CAN login to the website at my.jive.com but not the extension. Is Jive installing updates to the extension that is preventing signins?
