• (2022-12-12) Riccardo Muti: Sadly the app does not work to sync bookmarks across different PCs. The devs appear aware of this (serious) limitation but say they've no idea how to fix it. Happy to upgrade this rating when this app finally does what it is expected to do.
• (2022-11-25) Andus Group: I started off loving this - it was just what I was looking for. At first it was excellent oo once I got my head around the protocols of using only one login per device which forced me to change how I use my devices, but I lived with that. Now? I discover bookmarks disappear mysteriously. I lost a whole chunk of critically essential bookmarks created in another country (family stuff) and to find them again on Google when I'm back home in another country specific, not easy. But WAIT! THERE IS MORE. The damn thing does not sync effectively hence the reason above. I've discovered the last sync UPWARDS after a lot of work resorting my bookmarks, was way back in OCTOBER!!! SIX wekks ago. I cannot force an upload but I can do a manual download - of a SIX WEEK OLD DB??? I'm outta here. This is why I wait and explore before I rush in to hand over a penny for "premium".

Did I saw password??? Removing a group also deletes the entire folder. Thank god I knew to export the bookmarks before hand
• (2022-08-26) Luca Lallemand: Sounds great on paper, rather poor execution. Works on and off and is not very user friendly and intuitive. When you finally manage to get all your bookmarks into one folder, then you constantly have to keep an eye on it in case they suddenly disappear or reset to where they were before (if you moved them from folder to folder). Have lost many hours of work due to the hailstorm of malfunctions surrounding this poor excuse for a finished, polished extension. Only recommend if you have minimal work to do with it, and don't want to share it with multiple people.
• (2022-05-14) Geoff Lown: For something with the word "sync" in the name it is incredibly bad at synching. Will it ? Won't it ? Will it kinda do part of it this time ? Your guess is as good as mine. I thought this was the answer to synching bookmarks across my various google accounts ..... actually it's just a very annoying way to waste an hour trying to get it work properly.
• (2022-01-09) Reece Daniels: Seems like a good idea but I get an error when trying to login with Google Sign-In. 'The user has turned off sign-in in browser'. I'm not aware of doing such a thing and I use google sign-in for multiple apps in the browser. I'm using Brave Version 1.33.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (x86_64) Basically - unable to try this extension out.

• (2021-03-08) Marco Grübler: Not suitable for any amount larger than a handful of bookmarks or team members. - while working on the synced folder with Chrome Bookmark Manager, it would randomly reload, making actual organizational work tedious. - folders get duplicated or vanish randomly while working on them. - when moving bookmark folders to the synced one, you cant be sure that everything will end up there; most parts just dont make it to the destination, but are also no longer at the source - support is non-existent. my ticket is now open for more than 2 weeks with 0 response. we will look for an alternative.
• (2021-02-20) Alexander Kot: Main problem - it works for some time. And when you believe it is reliable and useful - it makes mess from your bookmark. It can mix everything, destroy directories structure, duplicate bookmarks and so on. DO NOT USE IT.

To prevent duplicate bookmarks due to having both Chrome Sync and TSB enabled, TSB only allows one instance to run with this combination. You can still activate this device, but the other device(s) TSB accounts will be logged out." What does that say? Doesn't synchronize other browsers?

• (2020-08-12) Connor Crawford: I just don't get it. This thing is so buggy it's unusable. And why are you taking up so much RAM and CPU? Doesn't make sense. What scripts are you running in the background? This thing can't even handle when I move bookmarks from one folder to another within the shared folder.

• (2019-02-16) Derek Crager: A small learning curve when I first signed up but author has been attentive and continues to make this easier to use. Support ticket was responded to in a quick and specific manner and when the first suggestion didn't work the author was concerned enough to invite me to share my screen and walk him right through my problem so that he may thoroughly understand it and then solve it. I would have used this for my entire office 15 years ago if it had been around as it makes sharing bookmarks much easier than sending endless emails, half of which get lost or ignored. Today I use this for myself and one virtual assistant as a reference point for the work we do together. When I grow beyond 4 users I'll gladly purchase the pro plan.
• (2019-02-04) Skplunkerin: Doesn't work well. It re-creates the bookmark folder (in a different location), and it doesn't keep it synced. The only thing this is useful for is to share a new folder of bookmarks with someone, but that's buggy and not helpful if you already have a bookmark folder you want to share.

• (2017-10-06) Dan Hosaka: TeamSync Bookmarks has been awesome for work and personal life. At work, I'm able to do research on a team and share resources with my remote workers seamlessly. Before teamsync, we'd have to send e-mails with all of our links or keep a slack channel going with a list of links. Now we can keep them organized in our bookmarks!   We are using this for our shared team bookmarks. We have hundreds in many folders. Each user opens and closes different folders but the open folders are syncing also, not just the bookmarks. so each time I go to drill down to a specific bookmark I am presented with hundreds of links and folders. Can you break the state of the folder (Expanded/Collapsed) away from the syncing of the URL's? This added workload of searching for the links in a huge pile of links negates any advantage of syncing the bookmarks in the first place. There is zero efficency in this.

  Hey Lucas, My apologies, what i thought was the UI for TeamSync turned out to be the UI for Google's Bookmark Manager extension instead. Sorry for the mis-statement about TeamSync.
