• (2023-11-10) Angel Riveros: From the entire list of features of Houzz Pro, I have to say the Clipper is one of my FAVORITES! in fact i merged all my entire browsing experience from Safari to Chrome only for this extension. It is very intuitive, practical and make my work flow extremely efficient. I don't know how designers can work with out it ... You must check it out and thank me later XD
• (2023-08-11) Amanda Ransbarger: I've been using Ivy for several years. When I first signed up, the program worked well. If I had any issues, I could call and actually talk to someone on the phone. Ever since Houzz has taken over, I've had problems with the program. The clipper tool doesn't work half the time. I can be making great progress getting using the clipper tool to send products to a client, and it will just quit working!!!! so extremely frustrating!!!! I recently got a notice that the price is going up!!! Seriously?!?!? The quality of the product is going down so why should we be paying more for a lesser product????? The fact that you can't pick up the phone and speak to someone to walk you through issues really ticks me off!!!

• (2021-05-28) Joyce Lapides: The Ivy clipper functions about 20% of the time. To obtain support, Ivy support hours only function through your assigns Houzz rep. Houzz sales agents only respond via scheduled appointments which takes weeks to book.. The Pro.Houzz.com iPad app does not function as of yet. They keep saying they are upgrading the technology but they never do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to designers!

My husband can just about fix any computer issue and was unable to with this...he even uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome as well as the clipper too and no luck. He also installed the clipper onto his personal computer and ran into the same error message. It is not a computer specific issue it is their program and I really hope they get their IT people on this fast!!!!
