Description from store This extension was developed by a teacher for teachers. Showing a student's progress is important when reflecting on a multi-draft assignment. This extension does just what it is titled to do. Teachers -- or anyone -- who would like to print a Google Doc with comments directly from the browser can now do so easily. No longer will you need to download a Google Doc as either an HTML file or a .docx to print.

  • (2021-05-25) Sebastian Beresniewicz: Doesnt work at all. Empty print preview and then prints out my doc with margins for comments but no comments
  • (2021-03-31) Amy Goloby: This app just isn't working for me at all. It doesn't print the comments, and it just makes the page smaller.
  • (2021-03-02) Elaine molumby: Extension not working correctly. It does not capture all comments. It is a pity. I now have to download as Microsoft Word to print comments. Hopefully google will sort it soon.
  • (2021-02-12) Texas Constantine: Comments were visible but the original text was missing :-(
  • (2019-09-17) Rob Hill: Doesn't work
  • (2019-09-06) Rich Schierloh: Doesn't work correctly.
  • (2019-09-04) Elyssa Perkins: Does not work. Only my first page printed with any comments and not even all of them where there either.
  • (2019-08-11) Lauren Rupar: I wish it worked... but it doesn't. my comments don't show. the margins are there and plenty wide. just no comments showing! :(
  • (2019-06-27) Mai Le: The comments are cut off. There's too big of a gap between the document and the comments.
  • (2019-06-21) Bonnie Griffin: I'm upset that I donated to this! It did not work at all, even with making the suggestions from other reviewers. Total waste of time :(
  • (2019-06-08) Sharon Beaner: This is a handy feature to be able to print comments on Docs. There is a good bit of wasted space that could serve to increase the print size of the document text or bring the comments in closer to the text. Playing around with the page format (right margin) can enlarge comment view but will shrink the size of the document text. Overall, a winner. Thank you for developing this tool.
  • (2019-05-20) Jack Skeels: Doesn't work. Wasted my time for too long.
  • (2019-04-23) Philippe Guyot: ne fonctionne pas ou plus
  • (2019-04-11) Janelle Holland: The highlights do not print, and many of the comments did not print or were on the wrong page. I had to print one page at a time and even had to literally cut the comments from one page and tape it on the correct one. Disappointed.
  • (2019-04-08) aj gamba: This is a good application especially for individuals like me who need to keep a record of the changes done in google doc. However, this can still be improved - like aligning the comments to the changed part/s and or including a line that will link the comment/s to the change item. Thank you for this app. I hope the creator will update this constantly =). This app is very helpful.
  • (2019-04-08) William Helary: Serves the purpose. Could have been better if there is an arrow or line linking the comments and words being commented for.
  • (2019-03-25) Kylie Haydock: Really excited about this extension! Have the same issue with the comments not being there, but if I shrink the scale I can get them all to fit!
  • (2019-02-28) Jonathan Clark: Not showing comments lined up with the paragraphs they refer to. Sadly deleting.
  • (2019-01-10) Jesse Korff: Doesn't work. Includes about a fifth of my comments in the printed version.
  • (2018-12-07) Jessica Lenth: Does not work. Very disappointing
  • (2018-11-15) Web Webster: Did precisely what I needed, which was a paper record of the comments. Didn't need to pretty for me.
  • (2018-08-30) John Tarnoff: Just added. Works OK for me.
  • (2018-08-06) Benji Portwin: Sadly doesn't work :(
  • (2018-05-22) Glyn Davidson: doesn't work
  • (2018-05-10) Vadim Ledyaev: does not work at all
  • (2018-03-08) Jeremy Lindström: I was excited about this feature but it doesn't actually work at all. The comments are pushed off the right side of the page, despite a large margin created on the right.
  • (2018-02-05) Wesley Fryer: This extension doesn't work. The comments are on the right side of the document and clipped off, and there does not seem to be a way to change the page layout or margins so they show. Would love to know if I'm missing a workaround/fix. I read elsewhere you can download the doc as a webpage to print comments, but with that option they all print at the bottom of the page as footnotes. Not idea. Best solution I found was downloading as Word, then comments are inserted as markup text. Can then print or make a PDF directly and they show on the side.
  • (2017-12-13) John Trammell: Really need this feature for work projects. Sadly, only the suggestions seem to be printing. The comments do not. Extremely disappointed. I hope this can be fixed.
  • (2017-10-03) Dan Leighton: Only thing it needs is to have an option to remove your image from the comment if wanted. Otherwise, works a treat.
